    Zen Restoration – Rachael Stoppello

    Rachael Stoppello, owner and operator of Zen Restoration, has an extensive background in art and furniture. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Santa Clara University and a Masters in Painting from Pratt Institute. She has been a painter and freelance artist for over 24 years. Her love of art led her to her appreciation of furniture and design. She has been repairing, refinishing, and restoring furniture for over 12 years. She now runs her own business, Zen Restoration, in Boise, Idaho.

We also had several cabinets that were scratched during install and they needed to be repaired or replaced.       "Rachael 'The Rach' is absolutely THE BOMB! Not only is she an extremely talented artist, she is also an extremely talented furniture restore/refinsher. She is incredibly knowledgeable about furniture history and gave me the background of the manufacturer of the dresser and and vanity that I inherited form my Grandparents. She restored both pieces beautifully and I'm sure I cried when she delivered them back to me. I then hired her to paint and treat my indoor, traditionally styled buffet to be used on outdoor patio. WOW! the paint job was so beautiful, it looks like it was manufactured that way. Rachael is talented, fair, incredibly personable and a delight to work with. I highly recommend her for your next furniture refinishing project."
